What is the order deadline for diploma framing?
For diploma framing on graduation weekend, you must place your order at least two weeks prior to graduation. Orders can be placed online, by phone at (979) 845-1631 or in person at our campus location in the MSC room 033.

Can I choose from diploma options that are not shown online?
Yes! UniversityPLUS has an extensive selection of custom wood frames, metal frames, mats, and additional options. Stop by our campus location in MSC 033 to see our full line.

What do I do with my diploma after I walk the stage?
To have your diploma framed the same day you get it, bring it to the MSC immediately after graduation. You can drop it off either at the MSC Hotel Main Desk or at UniversityPLUS in the MSC basement, room 033.
Please pick up your framed diploma no later than 6:00pm. UniversityPLUS will be closed between academic semesters. For alternative pick-up dates or to have your diploma shipped, please contact us as early as possible at (979) 845-1631.

Can I pay for my diploma frame when I pick it up?
Because our frames are custom prepared, we cannot purchase materials until your order is paid. Therefore, you must pay for your order ahead of time.

Can UniversityPLUS ship my completed order to me?
Yes! At your request, we will ship your order to you. Just call us at (979) 845-1631 or stop by our campus location in the MSC room 033. Shipping charges vary by zip code.

Can I ship my diploma to UniversityPLUS to have it framed?
Yes! Please place your order prior to shipping your diploma to the address below. We recommend placing your diploma tube into a shipping tube purchased from the post office for best protection.

How do I cancel my order?
Because our frames are custom prepared, once we have ordered the materials you cannot cancel. Therefore, if you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us immediately at framesales@msc.tamu.edu as we order supplies frequently.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your framing service before materials have been ordered, we will gladly refund your payment subject to a processing fee of 10% with a minimum of $5. Refunds for payments made online by credit card will be returned to the card account originally used to make payment. Please allow 6-8 weeks to issue a refund by check for all other payments.
Thinking of canceling your order because you won't graduate this semester? No problem! We will gladly hold your order until your diploma is delivered and then process your order as quickly as possible. |

How do I request a refund?

Can I order framing online for posters or artwork?
Because there are so many possible sizes and shapes, we are unable to offer this feature online. Please bring your artwork our campus shop in the MSC room 033 and our expert framers will help you select the perfect frame and mat to compliment your artwork. |

What happened to the art classes?
UniversityPLUS community education classes were eliminated during the budget cuts. Because of this, the arts and crafts portion of our shop is no longer available.
The Student Rec Center does offer some dance and recreational classes. |
